Call for Papers

Join experts in E-Government, E-Business, and Digital Society

We invite researchers, academics, and professionals to submit original scientific papers related to the conference’s main topics:

  • E-Governance
  • E-Government

  • Digital Society in Ethical and Social Perspectives

  • Legal aspects of e-governance and e-communications
Authors are required to follow the submission guidelines to ensure a smooth review process. All submissions must be original and unpublished. Below are the detailed instructions for paper formatting and submission. Instructions:
  • Paper Format: Provide the required format (e.g., .docx, .pdf).
  • Language: All papers must be written in English.
  • Length: Maximum 8 pages, including references and appendices.
  • Template: Provide a downloadable paper template.
  • Number of papers: Each author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers (individually or in co-authorship).
  • Publishment: Selected papers will be published in the journal “Proceedings of the Technical University of Sofia” and indexed in ICI World of Journals (DOI assigned by Crossref)

Presentation guidelines

Dear Authors, we are kindly requested you to contact your session chairmen 10 minutes before the beginning of the session. In this way, the authors will contribute to well organization of sessions. Please note the following instructions, as well:
  • Papers should be presented only by the authors on Bulgarian, English or Russian.
  • The time for the oral presentation including discussion is limited to 20 minutes.
  • Overhead and video-beam projectors will be at disposal during the presentation.
  • If a participant can’t attend the conference session in person, the paper must be presented online.
