We are pleased to announce that Prof. Tsvetan Davidkov, Dr., from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” will be joining our upcoming conference as a keynote speaker. The E-Governance and E-Communications Conference is an international academic event organized by the Faculty of Management at the Technical University of Sofia. Participation is open to individuals who submit a scientific paper that is reviewed and approved by the Scientific Committee. This includes academics, researchers, students, PhD candidates, teachers, school principal, and those with a strong interest in the conference’s thematic areas, even if they do not hold formal academic recognition. Only those whose papers have been accepted are eligible to attend and participate in the conference.
Authors interested in submitting papers must follow the guidelines provided on the Authors’ Guidelines page. You’ll need to prepare a paper abstract and follow the required format. Once submitted, your paper will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Only approved papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. Once your paper is accepted by the Scientific Committee, you will receive an official notification via email. You will then be required to complete the registration process and pay the conference participation fee. Registration details will be provided in the acceptance email.

You can only register for the conference after your scientific paper has been accepted by the Scientific Committee. Once accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the registration process, including the payment of the conference fee. Registration will be finalized after payment confirmation.
No, the conference is exclusively for participants who have submitted and had their papers approved by the Scientific Committee. Attendees are required to present their research at the event.
Participation in the conference requires a registration fee, which must be paid after your paper has been accepted. The fee covers access to all conference sessions, materials, accommodation and selected social events. For full details on the payment process, visit the Registration and fee page.
Accommodation can be provided at the Lazur Complex in Sozopol, which is part of the Technical University of Sofia’s facilities. The complex offers a comfortable setting suitable for the conference. Please note that places at the Lazur Complex are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information regarding accommodation, participants are encouraged to contact the organizers. Travel expenses to and from Sozopol are not covered and should be arranged individually.
